Measurements of the Akrapovic EVOLUTION system on the YAMAHA YZ 450F (with muffler insert):
Power & Torque: the Akrapovic Racing and Evolution systems provide the increased performance that top riders are looking for. Engine performance is increased throughout the entire rpm range. The power curve is steeper and smoother, and the increases are highest in the low end and top of rpm range. We measured max power output of 48.9 HP at 8611 rpm and max. power increase of 1.7 HP at 8410 rpm. The torque also gets a major boost, which will make riding smother and faster on the track.
