 'Racing Conical' Full Systems
The Akrapovic Racing Conical system is designed for riders who wish to take full advantage of the specific performance benefits offered by full systems, which are fully dyno developed to maximise power and torque delivery. Racing Conical headers are made from 0.8mm lightweight stainless steel tubing, which is extruded in house, CNC bent, and then hand welded. Most have tapered headers and expansion chambers to promote bottom end & mid-range in addition to reducing noise. For the latest models, Akrapovic’s Hexagonal design muffler, with its choice of titanium or carbon-fibre sleeve and carbon outlet cap looks exceptional when fitted to a modern off road motorcycle.
These systems can be used on standard or tuned engines, on race or recreational bikes and are an ideal starting point for serious tuning. CNC header flanges and joints along with silicone-shielded springs ensure a perfect fit and long life.
Racing line systems only differ from the top Evolution Line systems in header and link pipe material, as stainless steel is used for this. Silencers are the same as those used with Evolution systems.
